Aditro Logistics AB protects your personal integrity. Therefore, we are very careful when processing your personal information. The personal data we use is kept in accordance with applicable law or other constitution. On May 25, 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will enter into force in the EU. This is to strengthen the individual’s right to his personal data.

This document constitutes a policy for our collection, use and storage of personal data in the context of our business.

By “personal data” we mean information that is directly or indirectly linked to a physical  living person, but also possibly location information or IP addresses, as described below. When using our services, we will process personal data for most purposes. To use our services, you must read and agree to this privacy policy.

Your personal information is usually collected by Aditro Logistics in connection with you applying for employment with us, or is the customer of one of our customers. When using our service, certain information will be retrieved automatically, including information about your use of our services as well as transaction history for this and technical data, which may include the URL that gives you access to the website (unique device ID, network and device performance information, type of browser, language, and identification and operating system information).

Purpose

Aditro Logistics takes in personal information to handle customer relationships and ensure your information on applications or employment.

Legal reason

Personal data is used to fulfill legal obligations and to fulfill agreements and actions requested before or after an agreement has been reached. The legal basis for our processing of personal data is the fulfillment of agreements to the extent that processing is necessary for our delivery under the terms of use. For all other treatment, the legal basis is your consent.

Data storage

Your personal information is stored safely for the above purposes, and not for longer than necessary to meet the requirements of the business.

Change in ownership

If ownership of our business changes, we may transfer your information to the new owners so that they can continue to provide the service. The new owners will continue to comply with the commitments we have made in this privacy policy.

Your rights

Once a year you have the right to request written access to the personal data processed and exercise your right to data portability. At any time, you may also request that incorrect personal information be corrected, we cease processing and deleting your personal data, limiting the processing of your personal data, and objecting to the processing of your personal data.

Personnel responsible for processing your personal data is Aditro Logistics AB, which you have entered into with or otherwise provided personal information to, or who has obtained your personal information from third parties. Aditro Logistics has established within the Group a common customer register containing general information about customers, such as names, contact details and engagement information. For the processing of personal data in a common customer register, the branches of Aditro Logistics AB and, as regards the retrieval of personal data from external registers, are common personal data administrators.
